Grease type

I am finally getting around to putting the Triking back on the road after the broken spoke incident last year and decided to treat myself to 3 new tyres.
Whilst I have all 3 wheels off I thought I might as well re grease the front wheel bearings and the rear shaft drive splines. The "manual" just says heavy grease - Can anyone give me more detail of what I should use please?
Thanks
Andy

I use this stuff...
I understand lithium grease to be an acceptable alternative, but I bought such a large tub of this I've never tried it.
Incidentally, I've changed a few UJs on Guzzis in me time, and on
every one of 'em, the splines have been dry, and dirty enough with dried grease/road dirt etc. to prevent free movement of the splines. So clean those splines thoroughly before regreasing.

I use the same Moly grease on my wheel bearings.
For the U/J splines however, I use the thickest, stickiest moly grease available to reduce throw-off. I want to try Lorry 5th wheel grease - loaded with high pressure additives and like Camonbert cheese in consistency.
Getting at the splines is of course a right faff with having to strip the entire drive train to pieces.

A tub of this goes a long way and lasts a long time.
I have used the 5th wheel grease successfully --- but it is the filthiest of stuff to use.
