Wishbone bushes

Whilst cleaning my front suspension I noticed that the front wishbone bushes are torn and hence the castor angle is not correct and suspension is not operating as it should. This comes as quite a surprise since I have only clocked about 8000kms. The bushes are the blue ones as supplied by Alan and I fail to understand why this has happened so quickly. Did anyone experience this problem and if so what would be the best way to tackle it.
