I like the vintage look of exhaust tape but hear it is very difficult to get it looking good and can cause issues. Especially like the white tape but suspect it doesn't stay white for long!
Anyone had any experience, positive or negative on this subject?

I have sucessfully used tape on Clarissa, good firm fixing at both ends is essential. Been there for 3000mls now with no complaints from Carol.
Bought a roll way back when I built Daisy my Pembleton (who I saw today at Colmworth), Still there since about 2015. Can't remember source but must have been through fleabay.
