Can anyone tell me what it means?
(It came from way up north)

Got it!
The front wings on a T1 will inadvertently turn the vehicle into a hovercraft when travelling over water.
We have a good population of eels in Fenland, roads that frequently flood, I have the moulds so must turn Edith into an eel catcher.
