Hi All,
I'm sorry if people felt 'missed out' or 'overlooked' , I simply sent wrist bands to those that asked for them.
I'm not sure who will be camping overnight, I'm certainly tempted, I do know there is a £10 charge.

No apology necessary - I simply didn't say I wanted one!
I got up on the wrong side of bed that day - I think I fell out with just about everyone on Tuesday. The cat's not come back since.
Honestly, I'm not the slightest bit bothered about the wristband - it's an event I never miss anyway.

Hi All,
Founders Day is still going ahead, despite all restrictions not being lifted. I've just received the following email from the organisers ...

Hi Andy
Following Mondays decision to extend the Covid lockdown, The Taverners Section have reviewed the Founders Day event and have decided it can still go ahead, but with a few changes as follows.
A 4,000 person visitor capacity.
There will be no beer tent at the show.
Catering will be provided on the Sunday with the usual hot dog, burger vans etc as per previous years.
You are reminded social distancing will still be a requirement.
Please provide hand sanitiser on your club stand for your own personal use.
For anyone planning on camping Saturday night, there will be no showers available, no beer tent and no catering, so please bring your own beer, food, tea, coffee, bacon etc.

Due to increase in COVID infections and how close Founders day is to my daughters wedding, I’ve decided not to go to the Founders day this year; however, I’m definitely going to try and get there next year Stay safe and we’ll catch up with you all next year.
