OK, it's seems like we have a quorum for Thursday so will organise something.
I'm just about to go away to somewhere warm for winter, so will start planning the finer details in due course. In the words of Sergent Pepper " A splendid time is guaranteed for all"
I'll keep everybody informed.

Avril and I have just booked. We'll be coming over on the Rotterdam to Hull ferry, arriving on 26th and departing on 29th. Looking forwards to it already!

Great news
Buxton and the Peak District has a lot to offer, great roads, stunning scenery and interesting destinations. Book now while we still have rooms at the Lee wood Hotel.
We went out in the Triking today with the temperature at 9 degrees C and with brilliant sunshine, Yasuko and I totally enjoyed ourselves on our last run this year as tomorrow I am off to Thailand for 4 months cycling. WE ended up at the Barn Shaw Smithy near Mobberley, a possible destination in May.
I can't wait to get back and make final decisions on routes, cafes, restaurants, attractions etc. The Peak District has it all.
