We are looking at the week beginning 16th June in keeping with previous years, arrive Monday, leave Thursday. However, 1 week either side would work. Obviously it will not work for everyone but we can accommodate the majority.

OK i think we have sufficient interest to proceed.

Arrive 16th June
Depart 19th June
Rooms are £70.00 per person/ night (£140.00/couple)
Including breakfast and evening meals (we still need to confirm what evening meals will be). Based in previous years we budgeted for around £180/night/couple. If we can negotiate improved meals up to that figure we will.
Booking details to follow
Chris has kindly provided me with members details from last years meet. The whatsapp group is still active and we intend to use that.
If you details have changed in the past year let me know

Everything has been confirmed with the hotel and 8 rooms have been reserved. Additional rooms will be made available as necessary.
As already stated the cost for the standard room is £70.00/person/room. These are all ground floor. Superior rooms are also available at additional cost. See the website.

Unfortunately full payment (non-refundable) is required at time of booking (I believe this is normal practice).
You will need to book by telephone 01379 740481 quoting Triking Meet (16th-19th June). Do not use online booking - you will pay full price.
