Grease gun

I am off to buy a grease gun. The one I think I want works for 14mm grease nipples.

This looks about right but I have no idea how to measure them.

Anyone know what size the grease nipples on the front suspension, driveshaft etc are?

I've never heard of a 14mm grease nipple, 1/4" perhaps which will be a 6mm.
Grease nipples on front suspension?
