Having once had a four post lift in my garage with continuous channels from front to rear for the vehicle wheels (not a Triking) I would recommend boxes with removeable ramps and then jacking up the rear as in Richards post. It's a lot easier to store for one thing and being able to take the ramps away makes it much easier to get underneath and work....
