I tried so hard to stretch boundaries, but "fish and chips" is a really tight one. I've searched for wine with either fish or chips on the label. You can see why I drew a (sauvignon) blanc on that. I feel sure I encountered a "fish and chips" lager from a boutique brewery somewhere, but if I did, I can't remember where it was, google can't tell me, and I certainly can't find any!

Paul H on 2 BUT with an excellent outside the box entry.
