Re: New Members. Cambridge & N Yorkshire
Thanks for the welcome, it's actually V10Mike! Username is the same as my one on Pistonheads, and dates back to 12 years of very happy ownership of a V10 VW Phaeton.
Currently I run a BMW 640i GT, my wife drives a Z3M Coupe, and my passion is a 1964 Gordon-Keeble, chassis number 6 of 99.
Having owned a 1934 Alvis Firefly Tourer for 10 years, I was looking for something lighter with a bit more performance, and played around with a Barn find 1933 Singer Riley special for a while before realising that the shortened chassis would require full IVA, which I decided was just too difficult.
I then stumbled across the Triking, and felt that this could give me what I was looking for. I am currently hoping to complete a purchase within the next few days! Once in possession I will post pictures and details.

Hello,
And thank you for the welcome.
A few years ago we had a BRA CX 650 engined wide bodied kit - which sadly never came to full fruition - that's a long, but a different story than the usual, but water under the bridge and life moved on and we cut our losses.
These days we have modern hatchbacks but also a 1968 Minor and have joined the forum in order to research a future purchase of a 3 wheeler, so we can't add stories of ownership just yet, but pleased to be here.
And thank you for the welcome.

That is a fantastic collection you have in your stable Mike, I’m envious. You must have very deep pockets.
Look forward to hearing about the Triking so that we can update the Triking World Map, with your permission.
Look forward to meeting up in the flatlands this Spring.
You’ve come to the right forum cx 3650, a Triking new or used is the way to go.
There are plenty of build threads on here (and the old forum, links on here) to give a good grounding what to expect and how to maintain your treasured purchase.
Good luck, just ask on here for help and advice.
Tony

Welcome both, you will find the forum members an endless source of useful hints, tips and advise so don't be shy to ask questions if you are looking for anything in particular.
Mike, I'm nearby in St Ives. My T4 is current a running rolling chassis. More than welcome to come and take a look when covid rules allow. Likewise if you are in the area cx3650.

Thank you Tony & Colin
Indeed, once travelling becomes easy again, we look forward to journeying further afield again and certainly if we are in the neighbourhood - we will arrange to have a chat

We have enough 'locals' to form our own chapter. Hooray!
Looking forward to a gathering of the clans but a local one seems a sooner possibility.
Wiring finished on T3
