Swingarm removal

Hello,
I'm at the stage of transferring the engine and swing-arm from my donor (Norge) to the Triking.

Two things I'm stuck with
1. There is a bolt that attaches the bottom of the gearbox to the frame and it won't budge. I assume it goes all the way through and the nut of the other side is off. I've got a pneumatic impact driver and even that won't shift it. I've attached a photo. Suggestions?
2. The swing-arm "bolt" itself. How do you remove that!? I've got the castle nut thing off but the shaft that goes all the way through the swing-arm forming the pivot will only move a few degrees.

I'm suspecting I'm doing something wrong with both these. I've tried the manual and all it seems to say is "remove them".

The bottom gearbox bolt is notorious for corroding. You may need to grind an end off or part it in the middle if you can get to that bit. Then replace with new bolt. It does go all the way through with a nut on either end.
The pivot bolt is screwed into the CARC casting on the right hand side so be very careful with using too much force since it will be easy to damage the threads in the alloy. The castellated nut should not be tight - it sets the swingarm bearing preload and is then locked with the clamp bolts on the left hand CARC fork. If you take the bevel box section off the CARC and remove the propshaft it should be possible to get some penetrating oil on the end of the pivot bolt thread where it comes through into the front of the propshaft tube. It may also be possible to gain access to this by easing back the rubber gaiter between the gearbox and the CARC.

I’ve been abroad all weekend but heading home now and will give it another go over the weekend
