Re: Front wheel removal

My seat base is 550mm long so oversails the chassis rail, 2" riser tucks in behind the rail keeping the seat in position. Much better support for the legs giving superior creature comfort on long runs.
Hence space for tools.

Re: Front wheel removal

A piece of wood a couple of inches thick screwed to the front edge of the seat raises it up to give a lot better comfort. Space underneath for a tapered tool tray. Pics and dims to follow soon. Watch this space.

Re: Front wheel removal

I made my own wheel nut spanner which is small enough to pop in the under-seat tool kit. IMG_0997a wheel nut spanner2.jpg The nut tightens up against a rubber O ring so is not necessarily very tight. You could try loosening it by tapping one facet with a piece of wood and a hammer. May then be finge...

Re: Grease gun

I've never heard of a 14mm grease nipple, 1/4" perhaps which will be a 6mm.
Grease nipples on front suspension?

Re: Anti Roll bar

I have been known to drive my Triking 'enthusiastically' but have never felt the need for an anti roll bar. The Triking suspension is very well designed and with Hagon Nitro shockers is quite capable of handling situations up to driver limits. If you are going to race then that will introduce limita...

New Years Day Run 24

I'll be having a run out on 1st January, weather permiting. Forecast is looking good.
I collected Simon to spend Christmas day with us doing a 30ml round trip.
This time it will be a longer run going through Newborough, Peakirk, Deeping StJames, Crowland and Thorney. Home for lunch.

Re: Neutral light

I would first check that the switch works using a separate bulb. There is a live feed to the bulb which then earths out through the neutral switch to turn light on. I'm not familiar with Jackal instruments but looks like you will have to drill out the bulb holder and start with a new one. Disconnect...
