Re: 2022 Calendar

Reaction to June 22 calendar photo, I thought I’d add mine with the Californian poppies. Threw a few seeds in 10 years ago and now can’t get rid of them; however they do give the front a bit of bright colour.

Hi Richard, I always assume that if there’s a Triking at a show with it’s bonnet off it must be yours😉😂

Re: Triking National RALLY 2022

We’re going to miss you Paul, these past two years have disrupted many things we have come to enjoy. At least we can start to get back to some form of normality, whatever that is? Anyway, enjoy your holiday with your family, it’s good for families to get together again; however, make sure you don’t ...

Re: Moto Guzzi wiring loom

I used the original Cali loom in my build, not sure whether I would use it if I started a another build; however, I’ve never had a problem with my electric’s. I’ve attached a picture of my loom when removed from the bike, I attached labels to each connection to assist with the fitting. Some cables h...

Re: type 3 arriving soon

Good luck with the build, this is the fun bit.
Still think the alternator cover should have the wires coming out of the bottom rather than the top😉. Have fun👍

Re: Odd starting behaviour

I would like to see the battery at around 13.4 volts; however, I had a similar problem and fitted an earth lead connecting chassis to engine which sorted the problem. I would suspect the starter solenoid as the culprit, but since all the indicator lights and instruments dim then it would seem the ba...

Re: Weber Carb Tuning Saga

120 on the main jet is a bit small. The best I got the engine to run with the f2 tubes is with 55f8 idle and 145 mains with 175 air jets but it still hesitated when using the throttle but ran reasonably well. Let me know how you get on.
