Triking 2023 Calendar
So far, I have 2 pictures on file for the 2023 Triking calendar. Come on Triking owners, let's have some pictures that have not been seen before. During lock-down times, I had to search through the archives for pictures, no reason this year not to get out there and get some brilliant shots. Thanks f...

Clutch adjustment loss
A few weeks back, clutch pedal needed adjusting as it was getting low down. Re-set on cable adjuster, all fine. It has now started dropping down again so decided to investigate. Clutch cable was ok both ends so engine out. Had to make up a new wheeled dolly as my build-height engine stand is in use....

Re: Bevel Box
I'm struggling to see how you can get your fingers in to feel the rubber 'pads'.
From your picture, it seems you have the same modular hub from Al, drive plate retained by the circlip. Cush drive completely sealed away.

Re: Bevel Box
Hi Eric I'm working on one at the moment. You have the same set up as me. Cush drive cast plate is held in position with a large circlip. I cannot get my camera in a position to see the circlip, which is clearly visible in your picture. Try slacken off the spindle clamp on the left side then check t...

Re: Girling/Triumph front brake calipers
Ok, solid pipe goes to front.
The 3/4 (size in inches) should be fine, a 5/8 (.62) would be better but not worth changing.
Could it be that you need to get out on the road and bed the brakes in.
How many miles have you done?

Re: Girling/Triumph front brake calipers
Hi Hans, thanks for info. Great pictures, superb bodywork. The r/h master cyl has the solid pipe which is usually used going to the rear, l/h cyl has the flexy which goes to front. Correct? Looking at the picture in the tunnel, it appears the shorter side of balance bar is on the right, which is goi...

Re: Girling/Triumph front brake calipers
I meant to ask you for year and CHASSIS number, please. (Helps to find any history)
Is the short piece of balance bar connected to the rear or front master cylinder?

Re: Girling/Triumph front brake calipers
Hello Hans, Which model Triking do you have? Year of manufacture and engine number would be helpful. The peoblem with braking may lie with the master cylinders. Very difficult to know what size they are without removing and stripping, too much work I think. If the balance bar is not set up correctly...

Broom Hall
We had a very pleasant run in the tintop to Al's today to collect 'stuff'. Perfect timing for lunch at Broom Hall. The Hotel is looking very smart, great that Jason is still there with his yellow labrador. Swimming pool has gone, it's now a ball room. Had their first wedding there last Saturday. Hap...
