Re: Lift table or stand
Following an expensive bout of damage to another car when jacking the Triking to get it onto boxes made from Scaffold planks I immediately downed tools and sent for a set of these and can thoroughly recommend them and the company that supply them. https://cjautosheywood.co.uk/product/hydraulic-car-r...

Re: Guzzi Diag
We are done! The new Triking runs and boy does it run. The problem was solved by an old email from a good friend. I had noted that the fuel pressure was around the twenty PSI mark and thought no more about it. I understood when replacing the standard, bike Fuel Pressure Switch [FPS] it was used str...

Re: Guzzi Diag
How to switch off Lambda probes that is the question? Does the 2002 Cali EV even have probes? Nigel [PO] took Lambda probes out and told me it had been an experiment and he had replaced them with bungs. At my request Alan kindly welded new pipe ends removing unsightly Lambda mountings in the process...

Re: Guzzi Diag
Thank you John,
The engine was running each time I tried either at at 60+ and 80+ degrees. I have no Lambda probes.

Re: Guzzi Diag
That was then this is now. The new car is ready to go except it won't. It spits and farts and occasionally runs at low throttle openings and bogs at anything like a full throttle. I have had the TPS in every imaginable position including set with the previously mentioned GD. It is running lean, very...

Re: September Colmworth 2021
It was a good turnout today and good weather too. Picture here: Pat and Carol in the cars: Stuart and Pip's Red Type 1, Type 2 Squeaker in Aircraft Grey but looking for all the World like White and Tony and Carol's Type 3. I nearly didn't make it though. Went to start Squeaker and the battery was to...

Re: Security devices
I don't know the record of thefts of a Triking but my take is that with such a specialist vehicle which attracts such attention when parked or travelling and the difficulty of moving without a covered whale tail truck or similar flat bed transport it must cut down the wish to steal. However a batter...
