Re: Triking wanted

I saw this on the internet, the pain of not being able to register after the build of a beautiful car must be devastating.

Re: Tyres

Use motorcycle rear tyres, as Bill states, if you use motorcycle fronts with the centre groove these will wear very quickly. It’s a bit of a balance between grip and wear, also what suits your driving style.

Re: Tyres

I’ve used quite a few makes of tyres, Avon SM, Pirelli Sport and a few others I can’t recall the names of🤔; However, I’m currently on Michelin Pilots, recommended by Musseler Mark, and I must say the road holding is the best so far, the wear rate looks good so far after around a 1000 miles. Re: Haynes Museum Breakfast Club, Sparkford

The Haynes Musuem Breakfast Club had it’s first meet for 2020 today. It’s held on the first Sunday of every month. I went along with my Triking and meet up with few friends in their “plus one more wheel” vehicles. Weather good but a little on the cold damp side.

New Years Classic Vehicle meet

Re: Exhaust balance.

Hi Tony, recently carried out this mod on my Weber DCOE (see pic) fitted a 130 main jet and a 50f8 idle jet and the engine now seems to run perfectly. The length of the inlet manifold still makes the throttle response a little lazy but the engine torque is quite good.

Re: Secret Type 5 prototype?

What’s the latest on the electric powered Triking, could we have an update please? I am interested in how it’s proceeding 🤔. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who started this project, perhaps he’ll pick it from this post and give us the latest news?
