Don't see any need for fully synthetic oil, semi synthetic would be equally as good in gearbox and Diff. 1 lt is enough for both.
I use engine oil in the reverse box.
Bear in mind the Guzzi box is made like a tractor.

Definitely fit washers.
When you get sprayed with road filth you will need them.
I fitted a generic electric unit with 2 nozzles. Switched on the dash with 2 position switch. Wiper, wash/wipe.

While you are in there, you might like to consider some lubrication for the swinging arm bearings.

I can't say anything constructive about tyres for the carc models.
But, I am really impressed with that really clean, tidy rear end.
There are others that would claim the top accolade.
You must have a closely fitting innner rear mudguard.
