Andover Norton will supply all the rebuild parts req for the Lockheed/AP C101 etc . Suggest the stretch bolts are also changed .

The front Master cyl. Pushrod usually finishes appx 12/15 mm longer than the rear cylinder push rod .
If you have a Drum on the rear ,you can also take some adjustment off it with the square adjuster which will help the bleeding and front to rear bias .

The early T2 uprights/Caliper mounting ears were not known for their accuracy in relation to being parallel to the Disc so worth checking as its not uncommon to have to use shims between the Caliper and mounting Ears . Have you considered adjusting the Brake bias bar for more front Brake as it appears that most of the braking force is at the rear . 70/30 ratio [Front to rear] would be the usual setting . Looking at the ridge on the front pads i would think that the pads were touching each other and not working cor...
