Re: 2020 Annual Meetup

For what it's worth, I've kept my reservation at the hotel for the 2020 UK meeting and have updated the dates to the new 2010 meeting. No cancellation fee. I'm now a lot happier!

Re: 2020 Annual Meetup

Hello Guy, I agree that it's the right thing to do, but it doesn't make it any easier to make, or less frustrating. I'll have to look at whether I can cancel my ferry crossing. Now, if you could make next year's booking within 12 months I might even be able to reschedule my ferry without cancelling ...

Re: 2020 Annual Meetup

Hi Dick, I'm so sorry to hear of your cancellation. Ugh, very frustrating. We are still planning on coming but are resigned to losing the cost of the ferry if we eventually do cancel (or the event is cancelled). We've just had to cancel a trip down to Geneva for the end of March we were planning to ...

Very nice! I’ll take one please, Dick. Let me know where to post the cheque.

Looking forwards to meeting up later this year!

Re: TRIKINGS in Yorkshire 2019

Rather belatedly I'd like to add Avril's and my thanks to Roger and Debs for all their hard work before and during the North Yorkshire gathering. We both had a super time, despite not ideal weather. However, my monogrammed dustbin liners kept our seats dry so it could have been a lot worse! I hadn't...

Re: Just had an accident

I decided it was time for an update on progress and a few more photographs. The insurance handling is still ongoing, but we did at least get some cash quite quickly so ordered a new body shell and other odds and ends. We got the new body shell from Alan in January, encased in a large crate absolutel...

Re: Just had an accident

Many thanks for the good wishes and kind thoughts of all of those who have posted. We are really doing fine. We've had an Appraiser (Gütachter) in to look at Bluebelle (who's up on a stand in my garage now). As far as I can tell (we've not had the full report yet), she's in not to bad shape, but wil...
