Re: Cost of painting...

I looked at vinyl wrap, and decided that, never having done it before, it would be quite tricky at the rear of the Triking due to the angular nature of the tail-light and license plate areas. A professional may find it not particularly difficult. I think it would be considerably cheaper than painting.

Re: Cost of painting...

Re: Keep the Forum Going.

I posted that original comment almost 6 years ago, and, looking back, I can see that I was maybe a little pessimistic, as the Forum is still here, although it's still pretty much the same half dozen or so people as back then - this doesn't bode well for the future though, as I think most of them (us...

Re: broke clutch cable

Definitely not recommended, but if you are desperate (maybe on the railroad tracks and the train is coming ;) ) you can do what I did in my Fiat Spyder when the clutch went out and you need to get going from a dead stop - engage 2nd or 3rd gear and then use the starter to get you up to speed (not su...

Re: Triking 2023 Calendar

Received my calendar yesterday - great job once again Tony - This is the best one yet!
BTW - what happened a second after the photo was taken in September - looks like Rob Ricket's mudguard scraped the ground and he's about to lose it.....
