Re: Starting technique?
I have found that I need to give it a little gas while cranking the engine over and then I release the gas and it fires. It seems to me that it needs a little extra fuel when cold but when you give it gas it also gives it air but then when you close throttle while cranking it just momentarily gets a...

Re: Stuttering and running on one cilinder
I would check the following. 1. Fuel filter 2. Coils? Does it get worse when its hot? Is one cylinder hotter than the other? If yes, swap the coils from one side to the other. If temp difference changes it could be coils. I had a Guzzi 850T years ago that I chased similar issues for months until I g...

Where did you source the weather stripping attached to the firewall? That looks like it makes a good seal.

Looks great. Would love to know more about the build process and some details pics of how the hinges and doors are made. What kind of mods to the chassis were done.
Very impressive project. That must have been much more work than meets the eye.

Re: Brake bleeding spring maintenance
Thank you all for your reply. Very interesting insights into the problem. This forum has been a great resource. I will give it another look and a bleed and then drive it. Looking forward to some warmer weather. We have had a long winter and wet spring.
Cheers,
Ivan

Brake bleeding spring maintenance
I parked the Triking last November and took it out yesterday for its first drive. To my surprise I needed to bleed the front brakes. Strange. It took two rounds of bleeding and now the pedal feels normal while sitting in the garage. I haven't had a chance to try it after the second round of bleeding...

Re: Registering Trikings in Europe
I was wondering the same thing about getting one registered in Spain. Unfortunately I don't think it is possible but hopefully I am wrong. I understand modern safety standards but its unfortunate that it has to apply across the board to everything. I highly doubt that there would be millions of Trik...

Re: Digiplex Ignition - Running on 1 cyl
Good to hear you got it figured out. I have a friend that had a similar issue on a 2v Ducati engine. At some point the flywheel was removed and when it was reinstalled it was 1 spline off. Bike ran but when it came time to replace the timing belts nothing lined up.
