Rear brake disc
New tyres all fitted and wheels back on. Great to have the Triking back on the road for this spectacular weather!! Whilst re-fitting the back wheel I noticed that the rear brake pads are only connecting to part of the disc. There is no adjustment on the caliper holding plate to correct this. Any ide...

Grease type
I am finally getting around to putting the Triking back on the road after the broken spoke incident last year and decided to treat myself to 3 new tyres. Whilst I have all 3 wheels off I thought I might as well re grease the front wheel bearings and the rear shaft drive splines. The "manual" just sa...

Re: Tyres
Thanks but already investigated that and spoked wheels can't be done. I'm stuck with using bike tyres unless I can fit a slim car tyre to a bike rim - is that possible?

Re: Tyres
I agree guys that going for a car rear wheel would be sensible but unfortunately the cost is prohibitive. I have a spoked Guzzi wheel which can't be exchanged and my swing arm has insufficient clearance (maybe because a Jackal was the donor bike?) and the cost of all this is huge! Also I am totally ...

Tyres
After some more advice please....... Had a spoke break on my last outing and as I need wheel and tyre off to fix the spoke, I thought I would treat myself to new tyres. On the front I have shortlisted Avon Safety Milage Mk2's or Metzler Block Ks - comments please. The back is proving very difficult....

Re: 3 Wheeling in Worcestershire/Shropshire.
Thanks for listing this Paul, we certainly enjoyed the day. The drive, the meal and the huge variety of old bikes and trikes!
Good to see you again too.
Cheers

Exhaust tape?
I like the vintage look of exhaust tape but hear it is very difficult to get it looking good and can cause issues. Especially like the white tape but suspect it doesn't stay white for long!
Anyone had any experience, positive or negative on this subject?
Thanks

Starting technique?
Now finished most of the cosmetic improvements and done a full service with all oils, filters, plugs etc replaced. Thanks to Paul in helping with tracking and camber, all front end set up too! I still struggle to start it cold if left for more than a few days. Is there a technique to start an 1100 E...
