My son is 6ft3 with size 12 feet and is easily able to drive my type 1 with no issues (unfortunately; I can see MY Triking slyly becoming OUR Triking before long). This thread has come along in timely manner as the next job on my list is to improve the too-low and jarring rear suspension on my Type 1. Currently it has a rather manky pair of original Spada shocks which are underdamped, undersprung and underlong. Having the Convert rr caliper my choice of shock ...

If you knew the Allegro, you'd be surprised there were even ten left!

They have gone down in UK legend for their appalling design, nonexistent build quality and of course the 'Quartic' (square to you) steering wheel.

And Vehicle Wiring Products offer a modular system of fuse and relay boards which can be used singly, in attached pairs or clip together into one lidded box which could neaten things up a bit.
