Welcome from Nova Scotia. Its a few years since my Trans Atlantic flight performance a [medical] emergency landing in St Johns. Nose diving in to the ground in a 777 from 40,000ft was quite an experience!

I trust yours really will be a summer only Triking!

All I've done is gone through the MVSA document and highlighted the areas I believed applicable to the Triking. That said mine hasn't been tested yet so if I've missed anything...!
